In order to get the best experience from the Mobile Link App, your phone or tablet will need to have the most current versions of
- Android 8 or better
- Apple IOS 12 or better.
Android and Apple will list these as the OS or IOS respectively, as the Operating System. of the device. You can find the most recent version on About page or Settings section of your phone or tablet. If you have trouble locating the OS on your device, contact your cellular provider to assist. You should also make sure you have all phone/ tablet updates completed and then try the Mobile Link app again.

Lastly, when downloading Mobile Link from the app store or play store make sure you are searching for MOBILE LINK FOR GENERATORS with an ORANGE logo. You will notice any release notes posted just below in the What's new section. This will help navigate the app updates and improvements.
